In these days, the children have completed their project “a scuola di natura”.
We reviewed everything that The Very Hungry Caterpillar ate, and that it also let us taste! On a sheet of paper, we marked in green the foods we liked and in red the ones we didn’t like… we discovered so many delicious things!
We also remembered that all the healthy and tasty foods the caterpillar ate helped it transform into… a beautiful butterfly! We created our own butterflies too, using paint and exploring symmetry by folding the paper. Many colorful butterflies came to life and reminded us that we too can grow strong and healthy like them by eating foods that nourish our bodies in the right way.
