Our fears ~ 29th/30th October

 

Halloween is near and this is the perfect time to explore and talk about a very important topic: our fears! Red and Blue Lions started the day with 2 funny books about pumpkins, spiders and monsters 👻 Then, we shared our fears: some are big, some are small but they're all real! At the end, we all agreed on one thing...being brave doesn't mean you aren't scared, it means doing something even if you are suuuper scared 😱 Kids then drew their fears in the memory book.

Wednesday afternoon Nursery 4 started a new chapter of their Greenman books. We are learning new vocabularies about toys at the playground 📚

On Thursday, we did a pre-writing activity using pegs. This allows kids to reinforce their fine‐motor skills, their hand-eye coordination and, at the same time, to work on letters without using the paper. The little lions represented the first letter of their names with big proud! 👏
