2nd October ~ Red Lions

 

Red Lions read a wonderful story about autumn leaves today! Clifford and his friends had lot of fun jumping into big leaf piles: red, yellow, brown and orange...they were colourful and made a loud "crunch!" when one jumped in! 🍂

We observed the beautiful tree in our garden from the windows...we realized that those leaves were changing too! Red, yellow, brown and orange, just like those we saw in the book. It was then that we understood...autumn is coming! 🍁

Kids then worked with paint to make an autumn craft for the classroom: a little fox! 🦊

But we also had time to relax with a good book 📚

And to celebrate our grandparents!
